Welcome to the FAQ of the GARDENStoLEARN online course.
Who can take part in the course?
The course is designed for school leaders, educators, practitioners and other educational professionals working with pre-primary school children (target age of children 3-6 years old).
How much does the course cost?
The course is completely free of charge. GARDENStoLEARN is a result of GARDENStoGROW Urban Horticulture for Innovative and Inclusive Early Childhood Education project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
Do I need to register before starting the course?
Yes, it is mandatory to create an account and register before starting the course. Register Here
What are the minimum technical requirements for participating in the course?
To participate in the course, you need nothing more than a stable Internet connection and the latest version of a common Internet browser. You can follow the lessons online or download the files and save them in your device.
In which languages is the course available?
The course is available in the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish and Bulgarian.
Are all the lessons mandatory? Do I need to follow them in a chronological order?
In order to receive the final certificate, you need to follow the lessons of all 3 modules, which are designed by chronological order. Some lessons contain additional suggested readings, others have a list of hands on workshops or further educational resources (i.e. tutorials) that are not mandatory.

Will I receive a digital certificate for participating in the course?
After completing the entire course, participants will receive a digital course certificate.
Do I need to pass the test in order to obtain the final certificate?
Each module is followed by a series of closed questions (i.e. true/false, multiple choice, etc.). You need to pass at least 80% of them. After finishing the test, you can view the correct answers.
